How Information Is Used
Information is used to review service requests, schedule and perform work, produce calibration reports and documentation, invoice your account and communicate about jobs.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Information may be shared with your facility's authorized users, and with service providers that support scheduling, payments, document storage and communication.
Data Security
Access to shop records is restricted to authorized users of that shop account and to Bozz Calibrations personnel who need it to perform or document the work.
Retention
Job records, reports and invoices are retained as business records for the period required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.
