Service Terms
Conditions that apply to calibration, scanning and initialization work performed at your facility.
Scope of Work
Calibration requirements and availability depend on the vehicle, OEM requirements, the repair performed, equipment and applicable procedures. We confirm what can be performed on each vehicle before service.
Shop Requirements
On-site calibration requires adequate level floor space, clearance around the vehicle, controlled lighting and access to the vehicle. Requirements vary by procedure; we will confirm before the appointment.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be repaired to a calibration-ready condition: correct tire pressures, proper alignment where required, no obstructing damage and a charged battery. Work may be rescheduled if conditions prevent the procedure.
Results and Documentation
Reports distinguish between calibration performed, diagnostic scanning, initialization and verification. A calibration is only reported as completed when the technician records that result.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled in advance. Trips cancelled on arrival, or vehicles not ready at the scheduled time, may be billed as a mobile service call.
Billing
Invoices are issued per job with itemized services. Payment terms depend on the shop account agreement.
